We take the guesswork out of recruiting by using accurate assessments and benchmarking tools that are based on behavioral science, analytics and technology. We refer to this as our Integrated Talent Matching Model (ITMM). Our assessments cover functional and behavioral parameters to deliver a perfect match. In case of JAVA that would mean a coding test, an interview with our JAVA expert and finally a composite score. We are highly selective. Only 15% of all candidates that we screen are included in our talent pool. We are currently working with companies like ComakeIT, Thales, Moglix, ParkPlus, who are extremely satisfied with our candidates. We also specialize in devising solutions to clients’ ever-changing needs. We can therefore staff for permanent, part-time and contract roles.
