Steerlight

Steerlight develops a new generation of LiDARs, that are key three-dimensional vision optical sensors to ensure safety and efficiency of autonomous mobile vehicles and robotic systems. Steerlight will bring to the market a technological breakthrough with a Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) LiDAR fully integrated thanks to Silicon photonics. FMCW provides accurate instantaneous depth and velocity information while enabling immunity to multi-user and environmental interference. Silicon photonics enables the co-integration of the optical and electronic functionalities on silicon chips utilizing standard semiconductor manufacturing processes—a must for prices to meet market needs. This disruptive miniature and scalable LiDAR will contribute to making many devices smarter and safer for wide application usages beyond cars and robotics markets, such as services, homes or even consumer electronics.
