StoryMatters, LLC creates transformation in businesses by making clear the stories we tell which create connection between people. We also uncover the stories we hide which create disconnection, bias and team toxicity. We do so using elements of Storytelling and improv to mine better, empathy, listening and focus. We specializes in the areas of science, technology and Engineering, as well as HR issues such as change management, interpersonal communication gender communication bias. We conduct workshops and consultation in the following areas: • Interpersonal communication for teams who are struggling to get along • Multigenerational team building (ie: ‘Millennials’ and ‘Boomers’) • Unconscious Bias Communications • Gender Communication Bias • Public Speaking and Storytelling for individuals and sales And oh, yeah!
