Street Dog Support

Street Dog Support has been set up by Dog lovers who have seen first hand the struggles that rescue organisations have in developing nations. Access to funding in these countries is either non existent or very low, due their economic strength. We wanted to build a platform where these organisations can access overseas funding as well as highly skilled volunteers, so that they can carry and even expand on the good work they are doing. We hand select organisations to ensure that only the most in need receive our help. At Street Dog Support we wanted a transparent charity system where people know where there money is going. So we have decided to use a campaign model or subscription based support where you can select exactly see where your money is going. Our Vision: To be a resource for struggling rescue organisations in developing nations. We want for them to be able to access funds, resources, professional services, and assist them in any way they need, to be able to run their organisation more effectively. We are going to facilitate this by building up a database of volunteers for programs (for example Vet Nurses for Spay and Neuter programs in Nepal), and engage with professional people (marketing, IT, Accountants etc) willing to offer a small amount of their time. We also run fundraising campaigns across major developed countries and work with local food suppliers for long term solutions for these organisations
