The Royal Children's Hospital Foundation
The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care to Victoria’s children and their families for over 150 years. The RCH Foundation is the fundraising arm of the hospital. We raise, manage and distribute money to enable the RCH to provide the best care to patients and their families. You can create a brighter future for sick children. Your donations support the RCH and its campus partners, The Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, to push the boundaries of paediatric healthcare. While the Victorian Government funds the hospital’s standard operating costs, your donations support medical excellence. The programs and initiatives funded by donated money create outcomes that are above and beyond the hospital’s normal day-to-day activities. They take the RCH from a good hospital to a great hospital and what’s more – they wouldn’t exist without the generous support of people like you. To find out more about the programs and initiatives funded through philanthropy, and the life changing impact they have on patients and their families, please visit rchfoundation.org.au

Rspca Wa
RSPCA WA has been the voice for animals in Western Australia for over 130 years. RSPCA WA’s primary responsibility is to enforce the Animal Welfare Act (2002). As a charity, we work with government, industry bodies and the community to improve animal welfare and campaign on issues such as stamping out backyard breeding, promoting higher welfare food practices, and ending live animal export. RSPCA WA is the state’s largest animal welfare charity, and relies on generous donations and the support of the community for over 80 per cent of the funding needed to conduct our animal protection work. Last financial year RSPCA WA investigated 7,138 cruelty complaints. We cared for 2,441 animals suffering from cruelty, neglect and abuse, helping to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome them. RSPCA WA works in the community to provide support for pets caught in domestic violence; to help families experiencing financial hardship look after their pets’ needs; and to educate young people on animal welfare issues in their communities. There are many ways you can support animals in need in WA – through donations, fundraising events, volunteering, foster care, sponsorships or adopting a rescued animal. Matw Project
Muslims Around The World was a special project developed in October 2015 to assist those less fortunate in the poverty stricken areas of Togo in Africa. It was established by the late Ali Banat, a young successful businessman from within the Australian Muslim community, who was diagnosed with cancer, and dedicated the remainder of his life towards charity. Since 2015, MATW has successfully carried out numerous projects establishing schools, orphanages, housing for widows and children in Togo, Ghana, Burkina Faso and Benin. Providing for children and orphans was particularly close to Ali’s heart, not having had any children of his own, he grew to love them as though they were his own. Sadly in May 2018, Ali lost his battle with cancer leaving behind a sustainable and effective legacy through MATW. MATW now expands the relief programs for over 30 countries, including Lebanon, Rohingya refugee camps in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Yemen, Indonesia, and parts of East Africa.

Robert Connor Dawes Rcd Foundation
Inspired by a big heart and brain, the Robert Connor Dawes (RCD) Foundation was created in 2013 in the memory of 18-year-old Robert Connor Dawes (who lost a 16-month fight against brain cancer). Today, brain cancer is the most fatal of all childhood cancers. Few new effective treatments mean that 80% of children diagnosed with high grade tumours still lose their battle within five years. We're battling paediatric brain cancer and supporting brain matters in the areas of research, care and development in Australia & the United States. This involves contributing funds to brain tumour research, supporting young people with at home rehabilitation therapy, as well as development initiatives inspiring the next generation of brain cancer practitioners & researchers. We’re all about changing the odds, to make brain tumours go the way of the dinosaurs and to support the science and in the meantime the patients. We do this because the brain is where the heart lives. Join us in helping kids with brain cancer.
