Studio Kairos

I believe that we learn & grow via the interaction with people around us and the situation(s) that we are in. This gives us the spark we need in order to understand ourselves better. With Studio Kairos I would like to offer people a safe and energetic environment where they are free to be creative, experiment, inspire and be inspired. Without judgement and while being (and staying) connected with their environment. Like they are in a photo- movie or cooking studio, they can create a new space and build a new reality. Kairos comes from the Greek mythology and covers the right, critical or opportune moment. The intuitive moment you feel 'it's just the right time' to take action. I believe that the drive to truely understand oneself (and others) is only possible when you feel that spark, the motivation and energy from inside. Studio Kairos empowers people in order to grow themselves, their environment and their organisation. I strive to increase self-awareness and personal insight in all activities. I provide advise to organisations how to structure organisations based on the available expertise, give training on numerous topics (leadership, communication, coaching, team dynamics) and provide team- and individual coaching.
