Sushi Junction was established in 2015 by us, Tomanaga and Ayako Tejima, a Japanese expat family of four who have lived for several years in India and have come to fall in love with it. Our passion is to bring Japanese and Indian cultures closer together through something that’s very integral to both, that is, food.
