Sustainable was founded in 2008 by investors who were keen to pool their capital and expertise in order to access high value opportunities not otherwise available to them. It was founded on the belief that a skilled and well-resourced team, with their own wealth invested, could out-perform their individual opportunities. We focus on a portfolio that provides an attractive yield and the opportunity to create and capture value over time. We acquire and manage commercial properties that can be taken through a value transition that includes physical refurbishment or re-purposing, re-leasing, and choosing locations that are moving to higher value uses.
