Synergene Active Ingredients Private Limited, incorporated in 2006, is a manufacturer and supplier of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Intermediates and Personal care ingredients. The therapeutic segments of focus include Anti fungal, Anti depressant, Anti migraine, Anti hypertensive, Anti glaucoma, Anti histamine, Anti biotic, Analgesic, Premature Ejaculation and UV filters. Synergene is one of the leading manufacturers in the world for Terbinafine Hydrochloride, Fluconazole, Voriconazole, Losartan Potassium, Irbesartan and Escitalopram Oxalate. It has CEP for the products, Terbinafine Hydrochloride, Fluconazole, Voriconazole, Losartan Potassium, Fexofenadine Hydrochloride, Mebeverine Hydrochloride, Irbesartan and Ambroxol Hydrochloride. Synergene has been granted process patents for Luliconazole, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride, Terbinafine Hydrochloride and Escitalopram Oxalate. Synergene manufacturing facilities are cGMP compliant meeting applicable regulatory standards in terms of Infrastructure and Quality Management Systems. The company has three manufacturing facilities, one in Hyderabad and the other two in Vishakhapatnam. It acquired Jaahnavee Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. at Visakhapatnam in 2018. Synergene started a new company named "Synac Pharmaceuticals" in the year 2023 to manufacture active ingredients for the cosmetics and personal care industry.
