Bissan has had a lifelong passion for cooking and baking. It brings people together. Brings smiles to their faces. And many times, takes them back to their childhood! With people having most of their meals outside of their homes, they started depending more on take out and delivery. Problem is.they are either unhealthy or if they claim to be healthy, they are inconsistent. The reason for this is most places now depend on others to prepare the meals. Not us. We are a fully family run kitchen. Bissan is the chef, husband does the behind the scenes admin, and the kids are involved in the social aspect. We only use ingredients that we use at home to feed our own family. If our kids can have the food, then it's good for our customers. We focus on authentic meals from the Levant region with some non-east med foods and are expanding to cover the wide variety of cuisines that people in Dubai have brought with them.
