Taf’s objective is to communicate the new coffee culture and to transfer the knowledge for high quality coffee. In all the initial stages of the coffee chain there is transparency, from the research done to find exceptional coffees, the direct relationship built with the producers, till the quality control at the plantations, the processing and the storage of the green bean. taf has been created with special love and respect for the bean, thanks to the long-term experience and the expertise that the company has acquired in the production sector. Coffees included in taf’s lines, there are high quality handcrafted coffees which are produced under strict specifications, offering a higher quality experience. taf roasts its coffees based on the roasting profiles set, in order to achieve every time the same taste, aroma and desirable result. Ιn taf’s SCA certified lab the first samples are tested. For each sample we organize cuppings, to understand and complete the desired coffee profile. To ensure quality and spread our philosophy, taf organizes seminars of several levels in our SCA Premier Training Campus, addressed to business customers’ staff and also to consumers. But, above and beyond everything, we are a team. People are the ones who create and act. People feel and make the difference. People, united, can perform miracles.
