Our approach is one of the followings: • assisting executive teams in the development of appropriate Tailings disposal strategies, • providing the technical guidance and expertise to assist in identifying appropriate solutions for tailings disposal while preventing catastrophic failures of TSFs, • working within the existing team structure, looking to draw on internal and external experts in the development, operation and closure of TSF’s, • functioning as part of the management team, providing ongoing support to the executive and management teams in the implementation of Tailings disposal strategies, ongoing analysis and review.
