Talent Unicorn LLC is a boutique talent advisory firm that specializes in providing coaching, recruitment, strategy, processes, programs, and training. Founded by Danielle Rutigliano, an NYC-based and neurodivergent Talent and Culture Expert with 15+ years of experience building and leading HR and Talent teams across a variety of industries. Talent Unicorn is founded on the premise that each person is uniquely talented with their own set of values, passions and goals primed to elevate the organizations, society and world around us. We believe that many of the challenges faced today by people and organizations in a post-Covid world such as burnout, the “Great Resignation,” and “Quiet Quitting”, take place when people are disconnected from their unique magic and are not living their values, passions and goals.
