Talent4energy

Talent4Energy takes a targeted, collaborative approach to connecting energy employers with untapped talent pools. Through our unique approach to transferability, we can identify talent ready to transition into energy careers. We also work closely with training and career organizations that are already developing talent for the industry to help identify and overcome the barriers between training and employment in energy. Our events are tailored to specific sectors and skill requirements, showcasing the work energy companies do and the types of talent they’re looking for. This focused strategy helps engage candidates who are job-ready and a fit for energy employers. The Province of Alberta is working in partnership with the Government of Canada to provide employment support programs and services.
