TALTalent has been in business for over 25 years, operating as a specialist search, recruitment, assessment and people development company with an established client base across a wide selection of market sectors. Over the years TAL has grown and adapted to changing market conditions by building on its traditional strengths in the Financial Services, Paper & Packaging, Public and Professional Services areas of speciality. In 2006 the business relocated from its offices in Croydon, Surrey, to its current location at London Bridge. The strategic intent of the move was to offer a more central location for clients and associates. Over the years services provided by TALTalent have evolved to focus on Talent Management in all its forms. As a result the business is organised across 4 separate practices each led by a TAL Director with depth of experience in their field of expertise. More recently TALTalent have also been expanding their European reach and have entered into a joint venture agreement with the German based 'Insight' International Management Consultancy'.
