Tarragon Edge is a business advisory and implementation services company, focusing on two development areas. Our first area of focus is to help SMEs understand and implement systems and processes that will foster their growth. In this regard, we work with SMEs to define areas of challenge, and identify the solutions that will address those challenges positively. Ultimately, we seek to move SMEs from early-stage to growing, to maturity and sustainability. Our second area of work focuses on helping students, the youth and young professionals to develop rewarding careers and also build their mindset towards entrepreneurship. Through our career development, training, mentorship, and internship programs, we seek to equip them with skills that would enable them thrive in the world of work or their early business start-ups. Our two areas of focus have a symbiotic relationship. As part of our work with SMEs, Tarragon Edge creates a platform for these companies to succeed by placing students and young professionals who have been trained and mentored through our career development and training programs. The students in turn have an opportunity to work for growing companies that are operating with the right systems and processes, thus enabling them to achieve better impact during their internship. With this dual business purpose, Tarragon Edge is helping to create a critical mass of viable, successful SMEs for Ghana, while also addressing the challenge of unemployment and underemployment in the country.
