The Heart …. As a young hospitality girl, when Nehaa Chomal started her career into hospitality she dreamt far and long to open her own restaurant in the city of dreams, DUBAI. With a lot of mockery that she had received from many investors when she proposed to them to set-up a restaurant, she approached her sister who was studying and working in a financial consultancy firm in Abu Dhabi. The Brain. Drishti Chomal had spent major of her teenage and adult life being overweight and body shamed, and it was just about that time she had just started her fitness journey. Trying to lose weight she realized that her being overweight was because of her extreme love for food, which had become a challenge. The Chomals. As the two set out to study the market for F&B, they recognized that Indian food had been treated as an underdog in the health and fitness sector. As most of their friends described Indian food as oily, spicy, and a definitely “OH NO” for staying healthy, the two realized that the benefits of Indian Food, which had been passed on from the ancestors had long been forgotten. With a Vision to change people’s perception about Indian Food and get it on the map of fitness, the two decided to give the restaurant a name, that was convenient, and friendly to every nationality in the UAE.
