Well teachers change the world, and empowered school leaders pave the way. By prioritizing well-being, educators do more than just survive – they flourish. And school leaders do more than just manage – they inspire. We prefer to work with school districts who are ready to problem solve and are willing to do the work it takes to get the rewards that are possible. WHAT MAKES WORKING WITH US DIFFERENT: We need to stop relying on individual teachers to make this change and begin to integrate a culture of wellness into our school systems to support all who enter. When we do this, teaching and learning can truly happen. And then we change our world. Our system of transformation is the Teaching W.E.L.L. Framework. This is a tool that schools can use to transform their system into one that prioritizes well-being so that the probability of teaching and learning increases. Our goal is to partner with school districts who want to transform their systems in a way that not just sustains well-being and increases authentic teaching and learning, but is regenerative and the outcomes are better than before. Instead of teachers having to find different ways to meet the needs of this ever changing student population, our work provides tools for how to pivot, shift, and use best practices for learning to meet the needs of current students.
