Right now, there are teams, departments, and whole companies creating and living the future of organizational culture. It’s a future where organizations are living entities with evolving purposes; where teams of colleagues self-organize, and leaders play the role of enabler rather than blocker; and where everyone is encouraged to bring their whole selves to the task at hand.
