Teal Timber Windows and Doors is committed to promoting sustainable development and environmentally sustainable forest practices. Teal sources timber from a number of Australian suppliers who have FSC® and PEFC™ Certifications and have Chain of Custody Accreditation, ensuring that forests are there for future generations. In addition to sourcing certified timber stock, Teal has implemented measures to reduce its carbon footprint and endeavours to adhere to waste management practices at every opportunity so as lessen our impact on the environment, further details can be found on our website. Teal only uses the highest grade and proven joinery timbers recognised for long term external use. Timbers include Papua New Guinea Rosewood, Kwila/Merbau, Accoya, Western Red Cedar and selected Australian hardwoods such as Blackbutt and Spotted Gum. Timber Windows: Teal’s full range of highest quality timber windows include double hung, casement, awning, sliding, bifold, louvre, servery, sashless, fixed lights, curved and circular windows. Insect screens including retractable screens can be manufactured to fit all windows. Timber Doors: Teal’s extensive range of handcrafted solid timber doors includes entry, French, bi-fold, single, stacker sliding, louvre, pivot and sashless doors. Teal manufactures timber insect screen doors to fit most applications. Retractable screening is an available option for all door types.
