Team Building Band

The Team Building Band is the brainchild of two guys named Chuck. Chuck Chesler is a serial entrepreneur/sales strategy consultant and professional musician. Chuck Presbury is season HR executive, an expert facilitator, organizational strategist and Professor of Management in the MBA program at the John Welch School of Business and Technology at Sacred Heart University. Together we crafted a unique, fun, high-impact and memorable team experience like no other. In a Team Building Band event participants are immersed in the world of music improvisation and teamwork. They love learning the secrets of some of the greatest songwriters and performers. What they love EVEN MORE is that they use those same skills to experience, creativity and collaboration as a team during the event!
