We are Team In-House, a senior HR and recruitment partner shaped by years of working closely with founders and leadership teams. We don’t stay at a distance. We embed ourselves into the day-to-day reality of a company to understand what’s really going on - why a role exists, how it fits the wider organization, and what kind of person will genuinely help the business move forward. For us, good hiring starts with clarity and context, not urgency. We work side by side with founders and hiring managers, often before a search even begins. Sometimes that means shaping a leadership role. Sometimes it means stepping in as fractional HR support for a period of time. Always, it means being honest about what we see, open about how we work, and thoughtful about the decisions being made. Our work spans senior recruitment, HR audits, HR foundations, employer branding, and change within growing teams. We adapt to where a company is right now, without fixed formulas or pressure to move faster than makes sense.
