Purpose is to gain awareness for and perception of business cultures around the world, learn to illustrate differences and similarities between cultures and differentiate between varying expressions of attributes, and create strategies for successful interaction and communication across cultures based on personal discovery and the deeper understanding of other cultures you interact with. All programs are designed and customized around the needs of the client using different approaches and modalities, depending on the aspirations, goals, action plans, and strategies chosen. We create space for learning, give room for discovery, and celebrate successes. Passionate and passionately professional, with global perspectives and the human touch, the overall aim is to inspire lasting change and encourage clients to grow beyond themselves.
