Temspec is a manufacturer of ultra high efficiency vertical stacked fan coil units for the lodging, condominium, student residence, assisted living and army barracks markets and unit ventilators for the K-12 school market. Auxiliary products include our Air Medic air purification unit for classrooms and boardrooms and our ACE positive pressure ventilation unit designed for 5G network free cooling and industrial free cooling applications. Environmental stewardship is our guiding principle in the design, manufacturing, operating efficiency, and total cost of ownership of our products. Temspec is an early adopter of new technology to continually squeeze the highest degree of performance out of all our products. Our newest fan coil with integrated E or HRV for example uses a counter-flow energy recover core and ECM fans giving our unit the lowest net energy consumption of any fan coil on the todays market. Temspec celebrated 50 years of manufacturing in 2021 and are looking forward to the setting new bars in HVAC performance over the next 50 years
