Our winery and farm was born at the end of the last century in Novali, in an oasis of beauty, rich in biodiversity, between the gentle hills of the Collio Cormonese, home to many historic winemakers, and the Preval plain, in a land of agriculture, wines and borders. Today it is a multifaceted farm that has its main wealth in the originality of its diversity. We believe that agriculture is not only an activity of production but also an environmental service. The three pillars of our farm are : The Winery “DELLA ⁠CASA”: the Collio grapes meet the best winemaker in Italy 2022, Nicola Biasi, in the only winery in Friuli with all tanks made of non-vitrified concrete- The new cellar that gives life to the winery's wines is a perfect combination of tradition and modernity, just like the style of our wines : elegant, persistent and balanced- Our wines (current production around 20K/y bottles), which can be tasted in the Cellar and available for sale are o Preludio - Collio Bianco Doc, a blend of native grapes such as Tocai Friulano, Malvasia Istriana and Ribolla Gialla o Ouverture Collio Rosso DOC, 100% Merlot from over 50 years old' vines o Improvviso, Extra Dry Sparkling with Ribolla Gialla grapes. o White and Red Resistant wines (PIWI) to be released soon Agritourism "LA PAUSA DEL COLLIO": the agritourism immersed in the silence of nature- 24 total beds divided into 6 rooms and 2 family apartments overlooking the woods and vineyards - Continental breakfast for every taste, sweet or savory, and picnic or brunch in our vineyards - Possibility to organize business meetings and team buildings- Routes for cyclists of all levels among the Italian and Slovenian hills, for horse riding and for hikes in the woods, in the surrounding area The educational farm "LA PINETE DAI NOVAI": a child-friendly dream- Our farm offers guided tours for adults and children with different itineraries to discover bees, farm animals and the world of Wine, from vineyard to tasting.
