TerraNovaNet, Inc. was founded in 1996 as one of the first ISPs in the Florida Keys, providing personalized service and assistance to individuals and businesses. TerraNovaNet got the Florida Keys connected to The Internet initially at 33.6k and later 56k dialup speeds as dialup modem technology progressed as far as it could as well as providing business-class T1 service. In TerraNovaNet, Inc. connected the first wireless broadband customer to its network at 1.5mbit speed and has been growing and updating its own facilities-based IP and voice network throughout the upper Florida Keys ever since.
