Our services include improvisation workshops geared towards team building, communication training, and individual coaching. We also offer a wide range of creative and holistic healing options for Mental Health and SUD Treatment Centers. Our groups include: improv, creative writing, music, art, storytelling, yoga, sound bath, meditation, somatic experiencing, and movement.
