The Athlete Matrix

The Athlete Matrix is a world class strength and conditioning facility which contains some of the top strength coaches, chiropractors, physiotherapists and massage therapists in the GTA. The facility has a high performance training culture that is second to none. The Matrix is home to many of the top youth age athletes and also local professional athletes including players in the MLB, NHL, and Team Canada Volleyball. The facility includes:=> Two elite strength training zones => Half a football field (size) of open turf => A 60 yard track => Apex Sports Medicine Clinic (Athletic preventive and rehabilitative health) The coaches work hands-on with athletes and track their progress so that bigtime improvements are made. We believe “that hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.” Every athlete has a physical capacity that could be reached. Unfortunately, most athletes do not get even close to their potential. The Matrix Coaches guide and push athletes to reach their physical capacity.
