The Autism Service is the UK’s leading independent provider of autism and ADHD assessments for children, young people, and adults. Our experienced team of clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, and paediatricians specialise in neurodevelopmental assessment and diagnosis. We provide a full range of services including Autism assessments, ADHD assessments, combined Autism and ADHD assessments, post-diagnostic support, and cognitive or behavioural screening when required. Every assessment follows NICE-compliant standards and uses recognised diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, and QbTest, ensuring accuracy and clinical robustness. We deliver clear, comprehensive diagnostic reports and personalised feedback sessions, helping clients understand their results and next steps. Our approach is person-centred, focusing on the individual’s strengths, challenges, and goals. Beyond assessment, our clinicians can offer ongoing support, including therapy, psychoeducation, and advice for schools or workplaces. With a growing network of 37 regional clinics in London, Manchester, Cardiff, Kent, Essex, Durham, Bristol, Edinburgh, and Plymouth, we make it easier for clients to access expert-led assessments closer to home. For added flexibility, we also offer online assessments nationwide, maintaining the same clinical quality and care as our in-person appointments.
