The idea was to start create something sophisticated, but fun and casual in equal amounts, where people could have a wonderful meal, relax and feel rejuvenated, meet over aromatic coffees, fresh juices and mocktails accompanied with delicious cakes, exchange ideas over wholesome cuisine and ‘just be’ in a friendly and aesthetic environment with friends and family. So that’s what we did, and that’s what we intend to keep doing. We pride ourselves on creating meals that are thoughtfully prepared from the best ingredients available. Locally sourced ingredients, prepared with pride - Our ingredients are chosen with care, we try our best to buy local, and stay away from using artifcial colourants and preservatives. Part of business USP is grow the local economy as the business grows-Fresh local ingredients from quality farms is key.
