The Clay Factory

Set just outside the historic market town of Ivybridge and nestled on the edge of Dartmoor, The Clay Factory is an innovative project to turn a former industrial site into a community hub for businesses, organisations, arts, food & events. Containing endless corridors of exciting and flexible spaces overlooking impressive views of the beautiful Devon countryside; we believe we offer the best of both worlds unifying rural and industrial in a unique building that deserves to be at the heart of the community once again. We are a social enterprise RedPod Enterprises working in conjunction with the sexual health charity The Eddystone Trust. Our purpose is to create a vibrant community space for this part of South Devon and for our profits to make a social impact by helping fund the good work of The Eddystone Trust. It’s our view that profit doesn’t have to be a dirty word – not when it can be used to directly help those in communities across the South West.
