The Collin Group is a consulting company that provides problem solving support services to the leadership of government, education, and military institutions. Our goal is to assist these public institutions with realizing their full potential by developing solutions for barriers and obstacles that keep educational institutions from meeting accountability standards, governmental agencies from achieving acceptable productivity rates, and military units from preserving human capital. We conduct problem solving research and develop curriculum, supervise and manage projects, facilitate leadership workshops and coaching, construct strategic and improvement plans, administer career and transition programs, provide quality assurance monitoring, and contract management.
