At The Compassion Project we aim to reach people with support, solace and compassion in their moments of private suffering. We believe that with compassion, we can navigate the full joy and catastrophe of life with greater ease, confidence, resilience and wisdom. We can build a more meaningful connection to ourselves and a deeper presence in our lives. And we can turn towards suffering in ourselves and others with greater kindness and love. Collaborating with experts and partners, we develop practical, accessible, evidence-based interventions with compassion, and self-compassion, at their core. Our very first project, The Emotional Support for Mothers Toolkit, has been designed to help mothers face difficult days with greater confidence, wisdom and ease.
