The Educator Retention Plan

Mission statement: The Educator Retention Plan (TERP) is an organization of former educators advocating for the importance of retaining, and sustaining current educators in schools nationwide. Vision statement: The vision of The Educator Retention Plan (TERP) is to serve as the driving force behind the decrease in educator attrition and the increase in educator retention. Strategy: The Educator Retention Plan (TERP) will employ a strategy centered on leveraging educator feedback, through their TERP app, to enhance educator autonomy. By collecting and aggregating data on classroom concerns, we aim to identify the most pressing concerns among teachers. Subsequently, we will utilize this information to design weekly professional development sessions for principals and school leaders, facilitated by our organization's liaison.
