The Farm

The Farm (Farm Educon Pvt. Ltd.) is an RKVY-RAFTAAR–supported Agri EduTech startup founded in 2020, dedicated to empowering farmers, agri-entrepreneurs, FPOs, and agricultural stakeholders through digital learning, physical training, and strategic consulting. We operate through The Farm Academy, our web and mobile-based LMS platform offering expert-led, research-backed, multilingual courses on crops, allied agribusiness, and entrepreneurship. In parallel, we conduct on-ground training programs in collaboration with industry partners, focusing on building globally competitive agri-entrepreneurs. Beyond training, The Farm provides consultancy, strategy development, and branding support for agri-startups, FPCs, and rural businesses, as well as research and report-making services through our Farmeducon Research Foundation. Our mission is to bridge the knowledge gap in agriculture with practical, affordable, and scalable solutions that drive profitability, sustainability, and rural prosperity.
