About Michael Donnan

I have over 20 years of experience as an administrative/executive assistant and I have supported senior leadership throughout my career. I have worked across multiple industries including public relations, legal, IT and staffing. Throughout my career I have been awarded with very unique experiences, especially as it relates to my career as an administrative assistant. This includes extensive travel across the United States to assist in data collection projects. I autonomously managed a 2 week project in New Zealand. I have traveled to Puerto Rico, Spain and Slovenia as a key assistant in large scale corporate meetings. I am 100% customer service oriented and I have a friendly and professional attitude. I approach challenges in a creative manner and strive to never tell someone "no" but to rather find a creative solution to any given problem. I know how to make connections throughout a company and develop relationships to get things done as quickly as possible. Specialties: Meeting planning, calendar management, MS Office (PowerPoint in particular), complex travel planning, expense reporting, A/P requisition processing, excellent attitude and a friendly demeanor, dedication to excellent customer service
