Who we are - We are a team of passionate individuals serving up elevated comfort food in the heart of Inglewood. All aspects of our dishes are made in house- from our hollandaise, to our salad dressings, to our own cured bacon and salmon. We work diligently with our suppliers to ensure local, fresh, high-quality product. We operate on a [nearly!] waste-free system, and support community building through our Non-profit partnerships with LeftOvers Calgary, Impact Society, Mealshare and One Body Village Canada. We Believe - At the Fine Diner Bistro we are committed to developing the next generation to grow and flourish in their Gifts Abilities & Passions; while building community and growing relationships! We accomplish this by Encouraging Empowering & Equipping our team with the tools and resources they need to thrive in their position. Facilities and Services - We are open daily from 7-3 serving breakfast, brunch and lunch all day. In addition to our main dining room where we take reservations (except Saturday and Sunday after 10am), we have a Private Dining Room equipped with an A/V system perfect for larger gatherings or meetings.
