The Forge Alliance

The Forge is a community of men who are intentional & engaged with their wives & children while leading with excellence in the marketplace. We focus on 4 areas of development (The Forge 4) 1. Self Leadership 2. Marriage 3. Fatherhood 4. Business The right men are screened and chosen to join with a small group of likeminded advisors/peers as they build wealth and health in the Forge Four areas of growth. This work is achieved through an annual commitment from each group member through a combination of video calls, expert speakers and in-person retreats. Each meeting is led by CO-Founders Chris Niemeyer & Michael McGreevy. Chris and Michael are committed to their wive's & families and have a wealth of experience as Professional Coaches, Facilitators, Real Estate Investors and Business Owners.
