The Gap Coaching

The Gap Coaching was founded by Payam Haghani and Erika McCracken. Together, we have teamed up to offer either coaching or consulting services for individuals, small businesses and corporations. We both have extensive backgrounds in customer service giving us insight to human behavior, authentic relating, and the various realities that exist through conditioning, perspectives and perceptions. Through our own realization that external circumstances and situations are a direct reflection of our inner world, we have made it our mission to inspire others to create the reality of their desire.
