We are a 100% Organic Plant-Based Café chain serving up delicious, nutritious, healing foods to the community. All of our food is whole, real and unprocessed - packed full of the stuff your brain and body craves! And we don't just feed you - we are dedicated to teaching the world about the healing power of food, reducing rates of cancer and chronic disease and promoting health in the community. We run classes, retreats and workshops designed to show you to use food as medicine to heal and thrive. We run a non-profit organisation, the Sea to Sky Thrivers Society, to bring nutritional education and healthy changes to the community. Not just Green by name, The Mo' is committed to serving the health of our planet! We use 100% organic ingredients as locally sourced as possible, we minimise waste and all of our packaging is fully compostable. All organic waste is composted in a closed-loop recycling system and used to grow the delicious, organic micro greens that we buy back and serve to you.
