The Growth Workshop

We work with business leaders in small group workshops to solve big problems and create new growth … to better fill more needs for more people, more quickly Challenges, new technology and new thinking are spawning opportunities everywhere that need leaders. TheGW is the forum for leaders to engage those opportunities. Groups include the core 5-7 C-level leaders in a mid-size organization, or 5-6 leaders from different organizations to address an opportunity and create a business. Workshops center on increasing the group’s Collective Intelligence — its capacity for rapid, fluid, on-demand thinking and action … for quickly and intelligently solving problems. Workshops are positive, high flow sessions where leaders fully apply their minds and control their brains to engage in effective exploring, thinking and acting. They are energetic and exhilarating. Workshops then use our Growth Framework - a lens for extreme clarity and focus, and a structure for efficient and effective business development.
