Prior to understanding the life changing concepts behind valuing how people are wired differently, I found myself frustrated, annoyed and judgmental of others who didn’t think, act or respond the same way I did. And then one day, out of nowhere, it occurred to me. not everyone thinks like I do. Seriously. It is one of the most powerful ah-ha’s of my entire life and from that point forward, I’ve had an insatiable desire to learn more about how to value people for their differences rather than judge them. Mastering how to identify the behavior style of the people who are part of my world and realigning my expectations of our relationship has literally CHANGED MY LIFE and it can change yours too!
