Fogarty Foundation for Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities seeks to support inclusive programs, research and organizations that provide services to improve and enhance the quality of life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Rhode Island. Mr. Fogarty inspired citizens to come together to change attitudes that would provide the impetus to support significant legislative action in order to achieve his vision of improving the health and well-being of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
