The Kimmell Foundation for Recovering Leadership promotes the Value Culture. This is based on the core belief that people are intrinsically valuable and that putting that belief into action will change the culture of your company and your community. We develop CEO's and upper-level managers into top-level leaders. Being a great leader in business goes beyond providing opportunities for employees to grow and have a voice. Change starts when the head of the company genuinely cares about what their coworkers care about. Our goal at The Kimmell Foundation is to create conversations between industry leaders and help them share the vision, share the reward, and share an encouraging word. Inspired by Thomas Hill and his own experiences as CEO of Kimray Inc, The Kimmell Foundation focuses on training leaders to transform corporate culture by being available, listening, and making a change. Our vision is a world where people know they are valued, where their lives are improved daily in the workplace, where organizations thrive through empowered employees, where people awaken to the significance of valuing each other and practice this principle in all their affairs, and ultimately, our vision is a society that lives the width of each day and not merely the length of life.
