The Liminal Movement

The Liminal Movement is a series of *movement and somatic workshops,*1:1 and group coaching,*community-centered conversations*, and *research and strategy* for those of us living in a state of in-between. This is liminal space, a landing of sorts for when you know you’re moving but haven't quite figured out how, why, or where. So many of us know what to do from point ‘A’ to point ‘B’ but what happens when life puts point ‘F’,’Z’, and ‘H’ before point ‘B’! What do we do when our journey looks different than others’? How do we know when to move? How do we feel supported while in flux? How do we come up with the words when all we have is a feeling? Welcome to The Liminal Movement.
