The Machine Instrumentation Group LLC represents a network of Contract Engineering Service providers. The network includes over 150+ contract engineering resources with a broad array of engineering competencies, and includes specialized expertise in Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance. Our mission is to help the machine maker (OEM) develop custom Condition Monitoring instrumentation as part of their own Predictive Maintenance program. Development of effective machine health monitoring instrumentation and data diagnostics requires a broad range of competencies, to include data engineering for the development of new health indicators, sensors and signal processing, mechanical and electrical design, full stack IIoT architecture with data dashboards and diagnostics.
