The Manager Coach

I take a holistic approach to building and sustaining effective teams that starts with reflecting on what we bring to the table as individuals. Being self-aware of our tendencies, biases, strengths and triggers is critical for engaging in effective communication with others. I support teams in developing and implementing systems to support their ongoing transformation. I help managers develop strategies and structures for more effective team meetings, increase individual and team awareness to improve communication and collaboration, and explore team members’ unique strengths to maximize engagement, tackle challenges and achieve goals. I also coach managers to be more effective communicators and intentional leaders.
