I HELP PEOPLE IN PAIN, SHIFT INTO PEACE & SHINE I have been meditating for over 30 years - in many ways. Due to an accident/injury and trauma several years ago, which caused me intense pain on a daily basis, I came to appreciate and practice meditation and healing in a whole new way. It has led me to a place of calm, peace and joy, despite any circumstance. After training in various modalities, I now share the magic of meditation with others. Meditation can be magical in your life. Finding a way to integrate it into your daily life, is the beginning of a beautiful journey.
