The 5-phase Connections process can serve you to clarify your skill sets, interests, passions, professional experience, the nature of the work you want to do, and the type of organization you’d like to join (if known). If any of this is unclear, not to worry, as the Discovery phase will sort out anything yet undefined. Who is this for- You want your work to matter, and you’re not sure it does at this stage to the extent you believe possible. You know you have a lot to offer, yet you’re not quite clear where your skills fit as you ponder next steps. You may not hold a map en route to your destination, but you’re unwilling to let the unknown stop you as you explore what’s possible.
