The Next Steps serves to make a difference in the lives of others through Coaching, and Facilitation. As a successful business owner for 18 years, I have captured a lot through experiences. I have served multiple industries and have built relationships with every client. Over this time I have provided I.T. services, Coaching, Consulting, and Facilitation services. My average tenure with my client base is 10 years. During which time, I have identified some universal keys to success- Delivering VALUE consistently- Consistent delivery of quality solutions that address the clients' needs- Investing the time to truly understand the client's objectives and desired results. And last, but not least, being able to communicate the solution(s) in terms that the client can easily relate to and implement. I have invested in my ability to deliver solutions by becoming certified as an executive coach, John Maxwell Certified Team Member, certified facilitator of Wiley DiSC platforms, certified Five Behaviors facilitator, all while creating partnerships with companies that deliver services that add value to my solutions, with 20 years of technology experience. When I partner with a client, my primary objective is to help my client take The Next Steps.
